The deployment replaced JDA Warehouse Management System and converted the incumbent WMS footprint to K.Motion Warehouse Advantage hosted on Korber Cloud, moving core distribution and fulfillment controls into the Korber HighJump platform. The implementation configured Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage to deliver standard Warehouse Management capabilities, including inventory control, receiving and putaway workflows, order picking and packing orchestration, shipping execution, slotting and labor management, and mobile task execution for warehouse operators. Configuration emphasized task orchestration and rule based task assignment to harmonize picking and replenishment flows across shifts. Architecture was centered on a cloud hosted Korber Cloud model for centralized configuration and release management while supporting distributed distribution center operations. The approach aligned system configuration, master data, and operational parameterization in Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage to enable consistent execution across fulfillment sites without referencing specific third party integrations. Governance focused on centralized WMS configuration management, standardized warehouse workflows, and formal change control for picking, inventory and fulfillment processes. Operational rollout prioritized phased cutovers of distribution center operations and stabilization of task automation within Korber HighJump Warehouse Advantage before broader operational changes.
