Operational coverage was global T&E and finance operations, with the solution interfacing to existing expense submission and approval processes to surface suspicious items to finance and procurement stakeholders. Governance and rollout emphasized process adaptation and role-based investigative workflows, with the functional lead documenting tailored requirements and supporting operational handover to FinOps teams. The project is recorded as a successful integration of SAP Fraud Management in December 2014, reinforcing Vodafone Group control over travel and expense compliance. | |
