The deployment restructured procurement to finance handoffs, embedded inventory accounting controls, and instituted dashboard driven oversight for executive and operational decision makers. Outcomes recorded in the implementation narrative include a single database covering all business processes, adoption of best business practices, higher levels of coordination and synchronization between key functions, increased employee productivity and elimination of data redundancy.
