Recruiting and hiring processes were formalized through the Applicant Tracking System, supporting activities such as establishing a call center in Iowa and recruiting the initial cohort of employees. Governance and operational controls were centered in HR, with InfinityHR underpinning execution of annual compensation review and tracking, administration of medical dental vision FSA HSA and 401k programs, regular audit and reconciliation of benefits invoices, management of the Radford compensation survey and company-wide leveling, and delivery of executive headcount and reporting metrics. The HR organization identified and documented talent management and ATS processes inside InfinityHR, and reported explicit short term savings from the talent management implementation of approximately $150,000 in the first four months. | |
