These operational touchpoints maintained payroll, time and attendance, learning, and reporting workflows across the retail network without asserting new technical integrations where not specified. Governance and rollout were structured through the HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partner Operations, with the HR Business Partner Operations performing system administration, awards and leave processes, and supporting cross functional projects.
