Automattic Professional Services 2000 $190M United States SutiSoft SutiHR Core HR 2015 n/a In 2015, Automattic implemented SutiHR as a Core HR solution to centralize recruiting and HRIS capabilities for Talent Acquisition and people operations. The deployment targeted Automattic's remote corporate talent acquisition team and regional talent teams across the United States, supporting recruitment volumes of roughly 200 to 350 exempt positions and 300 to 450 consultancies per year and managing a population of more than 700 workers nationally. SutiHR was configured to operate as an applicant tracking system and core HR information system, with functional emphasis on requisition management, candidate pipeline workflows, offer and hiring approvals, and employee master data capture. The implementation leveraged SutiHR modules aligned to Core HR workflows such as ATS recruiting, candidate lifecycle management, and HR recordkeeping to standardize recruiting processes across business units including Accounting, Finance, Technical, Product, Administration, and Operations. The program included a formal governance committee that directed the transition from WinSearch to SutiHR recruiting ATS slash HRIS, with the VP of Talent Acquisition playing an integral role. Rollout prioritized centralized recruiting guidelines, posting optimization, employer branding controls, and instrumentation for the company metrics dashboard to enable consistent reporting and vendor management oversight across national teams. Process transformation accompanied the technical deployment, including a revamp of recruitment policies for the 700 plus worker population, establishment of an internal referral program, and partnerships with diversity organizations and employee resource groups to improve hiring diversity. Outcomes recorded in program documentation include a reported 50 percent improvement in diversity hiring, a gender diversity increase of about 28 percent following 2016 engagement activities, stewardship of a five million dollar annual recruiting budget, and documented reductions in external agency and executive search spend exceeding two million dollars.
