Technical implementation included custom application layers and integration work maintained by an internal .NET development resource, using ASP.NET front end technologies such as jQuery and AJAX, C# middle tier processing, and ADO.NET interfaces to SQL data sources. The development team implemented stored procedures and database objects to support middle tier calls, and provided application support for Microsoft NAV 2018 ERP workflows that interface with the HCM components. Operational governance was retained within the HR department with ongoing application support provided by the in house .NET developer team, responsible for maintenance of corporate ASP.NET applications and database interfaces. The environment established clear ownership for HR process workflows, application updates, and technical support, aligning Microsoft Dynamics NAV HCM Core HR capabilities with AlDhafra Cooperative society Human Resources operations. | |
