Lodha Construction and Real Estate 4560 $1.2B India PeopleStrong PeopleStrong HCM Core HR 2022 n/a In 2022 Lodha Group implemented PeopleStrong HCM as its Core HR platform, replacing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The engagement ran in Mumbai, Maharashtra from June 2022 to February 2023 and targeted consolidation of HR operations across corporate and site functions. The PeopleStrong HCM deployment emphasized employee relations and case management capabilities, including monitoring and tracking on site grievances and providing formal closures. Configuration work focused on benefits and compensation administration, staffing and organizational development workflows, and an integrated induction onboarding process that introduced new joiners to Finance, Admin, IT and Facilities teams. Compensation offer formulation used current employee data and market trend inputs to standardize offer creation within PeopleStrong HCM. Operational coverage extended to manufacturing units and field sites where HR provided ongoing inputs to business projects and working practices, and where grievance tracking was instrumented for site-level closure. The implementation created cross‑functional workflows and handoffs between HR and Finance, Admin, IT and Facilities, aligning induction and onboarding processes with those functions. Governance and process restructuring accompanied the technical rollout, with Lodha establishing an internal HR organization and defining functions for benefits, compensation, legal, compliance, staffing and employee relations. HR administered personnel plans and procedures, directed programs for regulatory compliance and organizational development, and provided leadership and escalation pathways for employee relations issues at all levels. The project included a review of HRMS options and contributed to the development of HR department goals and systems, with PeopleStrong HCM positioned to centralize core HR processes and operationalize HR plans across Lodha Group.
