CIM Group Construction and Real Estate 1000 $350M United States Yardi Yardi Aspire Learning and Development 2020 n/a In 2020, CIM Group implemented Yardi Aspire as its Learning and Development application. Yardi Aspire was incorporated into a Learning and Development portfolio alongside Degreed and LRN Catalyst to centralize required training and compliance tracking across the firm. The implementation configured core learning management capabilities typical for Learning and Development platforms, including centralized content management, enrollment workflows, completion reporting, and role based user provisioning. Identity and Access Management controls were applied to manage learner accounts, and the implementation leveraged the firm s enterprise application integrations to synchronize learner records with HRIS UKG Pro and with directory services in Active Directory. Operational coverage included HR, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, Business Operations, Corporate Accounting and FP&A, aligning learning assignments with departmental compliance and onboarding requirements. Application ownership and support for Yardi Aspire were managed by the Applications team, which provided training and mentorship for support staff and maintained vendor relationships while enforcing IT General Control policies to meet Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Rollout sequencing was coordinated with business process discovery and onboarding improvements implemented in UKG and ServiceNow, ensuring learning assignments tied to employee onboarding workflows. The Yardi Aspire deployment was governed within an enterprise controls framework that included SOX aligned processes and cybersecurity committee oversight.
