Local recognition and employee engagement programs were implemented in partnership with business management to align frontline operations with corporate HR procedures and to standardize performance appraisal practices. The deployment was explicitly designed to reduce turnover, positively impact employee retention, reinforce UPS corporate values, and promote employee growth within the company, while sustaining employee culture and providing consistent HR support to operations.
