Governance and rollout concentrated on logistics and fulfillment teams in the United States, accompanied by changes to shipping approval, carrier selection, and freight payment workflows. GrowGeneration reported a roughly $500K run rate cost reduction attributed to FreightPOP enabled freight audit and rate shopping activities, indicating a direct operational impact on logistics, fulfillment, and accounts payable functions.
