Operational coverage emphasized North American flight operations and tied scheduling and tracking data into centralized operations control and crew planning functions. Governance was executed under a dedicated program manager from May 2020 to May 2021 who oversaw configuration, cutover sequencing, and customer acceptance activities. The rollout established Sun Country as the first North American customer under the program, supported a recorded revenue recognition event of 9 million dollars, and was aligned with the data center exit strategy that reported a 50 percent revenue preservation objective. | |
