Sitemate Professional Services 180 $20M Australia Rippling Rippling Global Workforce Management Workforce Management 2024 n/a In 2024, Sitemate implemented Rippling Global Workforce Management as its primary Workforce Management platform to consolidate HR, people operations, and accounting workflows. Prior to this deployment the company managed employee information across Confluence, Excel, email, and Slack, which created manual approval chains and inconsistent data for its headquarters in Australia and expanding offices in London and Vancouver. The deployment focused on core Workforce Management capabilities, including centralized onboarding, an approvals app for manager-driven promotions and configuration requests, reporting and analytics for headcount and compensation, and app and device management to support security controls. All Sitemate employees are now onboarded through Rippling Global Workforce Management and managers use the approvals app to remove previous email based processes, aligning workflows with standard HR lifecycle events such as time off, promotions, and compensation adjustments. Operational coverage extended across HR, people operations, and accounting functions, consolidating three separate recruiting and onboarding tools into the Rippling platform and establishing a single source of truth for employee data and salary band reporting. The implementation also standardized manager approval workflows and automated previously manual time off and payroll inputs, reducing reliance on fragmented spreadsheets and internal chat channels. Governance improvements included centralized reporting to support recruitment transparency and board level requests, plus app and device management that contributed to Sitemate achieving SOC 2 certification. Explicit outcomes reported by Sitemate include saving two full time administrative hires, saving more than 100 hours on annual payroll processing, and consolidating three recruiting and onboarding systems into one platform, while enabling scalable policy management as the company expands globally.
