The program also encompassed reporting for Workers Compensation and long service leave claims, aligning workforce scheduling data with statutory and finance reporting needs. Governance and process ownership were centered in the payroll function, with a Solo Payroll Officer supporting the Payroll Manager to execute end to end weekly payroll and to submit required statutory files. The rollout included on the job training, with the Payroll Officer training and supervising a new Payroll Officer for four months, preserving operational continuity across manufacturing sites.
