Qube Holdings Transportation 10000 $2.7B Australia Modaxo Modaxo Trapeze WFM Workforce Management 2024 n/a In 2024, Qube Holdings selected Modaxo Trapeze WFM under a multi-year agreement to support its expanding rail operations across Australia’s east coast. Modaxo Trapeze WFM is being deployed as a centralized Workforce Management application to address rostering, forecasting and compliance for both HR and operations across nine depots and major terminals. The implementation centers on rostering, demand forecasting and compliance capabilities, with configuration to standardize shift templates, rule-based rostering and forecasting workflows. The Modaxo Trapeze WFM deployment will also incorporate workforce planning and automation of routine scheduling tasks to reduce manual rostering effort and improve schedule consistency across sites. Qube intends to integrate Modaxo Trapeze WFM with its existing fatigue management and payroll systems, enabling roster data to flow into fatigue control processes and payroll feeds and reducing duplicate data entry. Operational coverage explicitly spans nine depots and major terminals on the east coast, positioning the WFM instance as the authoritative source for crew availability, shift allocations and compliance reporting. Governance for the multi-year rollout is organized around HR and operations ownership, with process changes to shift compliance checks and forecasting into the new system and to centralize visibility for depot managers and terminal operations. The program is intended to reduce manual work, improve operational efficiency and increase visibility across Qube’s rail network.
