Configuration emphasized configurable pay rules, exception handling workflows, and role based access controls to enforce consistent policy across timekeeping functions. Architecturally the deployment used a centralized configuration and administration model to maintain consistent scheduling rules and time policies across business functions. Operational coverage included operations, field maintenance, customer service, and corporate administrative groups, with delegated scheduling administration for supervisors to manage local rosters and shifts. Governance changes accompanied the rollout, with standardized timekeeping policies, supervisor approval workflows, and phased deployment by department to limit disruption. GroupeX Solutions led configuration, testing, and end user training to embed WorkForce Suite into Peoples Natural Gas workforce operations.
