Injaro Investments | Professional Services | 45 | $3M | Ghana | ClayHR(formerly BizMerlinHR) | ClayHR Core HCM | Core HR | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, Injaro Investments implemented ClayHR Core HCM to run Performance Management, Goals/OKRs, Feedback and PTO management across its Africa teams, using the Core HR application to centralize people processes for the Ghana-based professional services firm. The deployment began in 2020 and focused on embedding performance and leave workflows into a single HR platform, aligning with Core HR functional expectations. The implementation included core modules for performance management and goal-setting, configured to support Goals/OKRs, continuous feedback flows, manager reviews and formal appraisal cycles, and PTO and leave management for payroll-adjacent tracking. ClayHR Core HCM was configured to standardize performance conversations and to capture goal alignment across employee and manager interfaces, with typical category-aligned capabilities such as goal cascades and feedback loops enabled. Operational scope covered Injaro Investments teams in Ghana and across its Africa footprint, impacting HR administrators, people managers and business unit leaders responsible for reviews and time-off approvals. The deployment centralized day-to-day HR administration for performance and leave management, reducing reliance on decentralized spreadsheets and informal tracking. Governance changes emphasized a standardized review cadence and goal-setting governance so performance conversations followed a consistent framework, while PTO policies and tracking were simplified through the Core HR application. As a result the rollout increased goal alignment and standardized performance conversations, and it simplified time-off policies and tracking across Injaro Investments Africa teams. | |
