Process restructuring moved routine administrative work such as form handling, report-book maintenance and schedule generation into Persis HR, freeing HR managers to concentrate on strategic tasks. Controlling receives direct application support, and the implementation emphasizes configurable workflows, role-based governance and online trainee self-service. | |
