Operational coverage centered on warehouse operations, despatch and receiving functions in the Southern Africa distribution centre, requiring updated receiving procedures and sortation task workflows for floor operators. Governance changes included aligning receiving checks with scan-and-receive automation and formalizing diverter logic ownership within operations and maintenance teams. Retail Directions Warehouse and Logistics now serves as the central Logistics Management,Warehouse Management control layer for carton routing and despatch orchestration at the site. | |
