Infor Birst Business Intelligence was provisioned as the companys Analytics and BI platform to centralize enterprise reporting and role-based dashboards across finance, professional services, and sales. The implementation focused on core BI capabilities including enterprise reporting, semantic data modeling, KPI delivery, and role-level dashboards. Administrators configured reports, saved searches, dashboards and KPIs for all departments and created custom fields and data mappings to align source system record structures with Birst semantic models. Infor Birst Business Intelligence was integrated with NetSuite and OpenAir and connected to Salesforce for CRM data, with integration workflows managed through third-party connectors including Celigo and adapters to tax and accounts payable tooling such as Avalara and AvidXchange. Those integrations enabled consolidated cross-system queries and dashboards to support finance, services delivery, and sales operational reporting. Governance for the Birst deployment was aligned with existing access control and SOX compliance processes, with administrators maintaining proper system access, coordinating with internal and external auditors, and performing testing, deployment, production monitoring and troubleshooting of data and script errors to sustain reporting accuracy and control.
