Operational coverage included Payroll, HR, and Finance teams, with payroll accountants acting as primary users responsible for data input, maintenance of HR and payroll information, and first line stakeholder support for payroll and pension queries. Governance centered on using Oracle OBIEE as the authoritative reporting hub for payroll reconciliations and month-end control procedures, with documented report schedules and subject area ownership assigned to payroll accountants and finance leads. The implementation preserved manual calculation and audit steps where required, while formalizing report-driven reconciliation and tracker maintenance within existing payroll processing workflows. | |
