The implementation supported operational coverage across more than 170 stores in Australia and New Zealand and the payroll function responsible for end-to-end pays for approximately 1,200 team members, expanding to about 1,700 during peak season, reporting into the Payroll Manager responsible for payroll operations. Tambla eTivity was configured to manage core Workforce Management,Time and Attendance capabilities including time and attendance capture, roster management, timecard consolidation, exception handling and approval workflows. Configuration emphasized centralized timesheet validation and automated consolidation of store-level clocking data to create payroll-ready records aligned with standard time and attendance workflows. The deployment integrated Tambla eTivity with Preceda for payroll processing and used Microsoft Office for downstream reporting and analysis, positioning eTivity as the authoritative time source feeding the payroll engine. Operational coverage included store managers for local time approvals and a centralized payroll team executing pay runs and handling exception resolution. Governance centered on the Payroll Manager, with established daily validation and exception processes and formalized seasonal scaling practices to accommodate the Christmas workforce increase. The rollout standardized time capture and approval workflows across stores, and operational support and ownership remained within the payroll organization to maintain consistent inputs for end-to-end pays.
