The implementation supported coordination with external personnel service providers and established the ATS as the single repository for applicant data accessible to hiring managers and regional HR teams. Governance design established a product owner model inside HR, typically the Technology-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for ongoing maintenance, further development and acting as the primary contact for stakeholders. Rollout emphasis included balancing day-to-day recruiting operations with iterative system enhancements, embedding Avature ATS into talent acquisition, employer branding and technical recruiting processes across the bank’s regional offices. | |
