Albalact Romania Consumer Packaged Goods 447 $283M Romania TotalSoft TotalSoft Charisma HCM Core HR 2015 n/a In 2015, Albalact Romania deployed TotalSoft Charisma HCM as its Core HR application. The program was positioned to support country level human resources operations across Lactalis Group Romania entities while centralizing compensation and benefits administration and HR data management. The TotalSoft Charisma HCM deployment implemented Core HR capabilities typical for the category, including employee master records, organizational management, job grading and salary structure configuration, compensation planning and benefits administration, workflow driven approvals for salary moves and allowances, and reporting for audits and statutory disclosures. Configuration work emphasized salary structure settings and support for short term incentive and allowance programs to reflect the Compensation and Benefits Coordinator accountabilities. Operational coverage explicitly included Albalact and the Lactalis Romania legal entities named in corporate documentation, including Raraul, Lactalis Logistic, Lactalis Romania, Dorna Lactate, Lactate Harghita, and Covalact, aligned with a country level rollout model. The implementation linked Core HR processes to payroll process workflows and to benefits delivery workflows with external vendors, enabling payroll and staff administration teams to consume standardized HR data for payroll processing and vendor benefits reconciliation. Governance and process changes were established to support compliance with Romanian employment law, wage and tax rules, data privacy and confidentiality requirements, and periodic audit reporting such as pay gap analysis and mandatory disclosures. The rollout included role based access and HR data handling controls, documented compensation policies and manager guidance, and training for Compensation and Benefits and payroll administration staff to embed new processes.
