Governance changes emphasized manager-led approvals and exception management, moving routine activity into automated workflows and surfacing real business exceptions for management review. Outcomes reported in the implementation included forecasting accuracy at 98 percent, timesheet completion improving from 84 percent to 97 percent, billing cycle times falling from fifteen days to eight days, and sustained business growth in excess of 40 percent while transactional headcount for finance, payroll and project administration remained stable. | |
