Recruitment and candidate workflows were orchestrated with Silkroad ATS used to post jobs and emPath HRIS capturing downstream hire and onboarding transactions after selection. The implementation supported an operational model where an HR Coordinator advised a portfolio of 15 managers and approximately 400 employees, acting as first point of contact for employee questions and liaising with HRBPs and managers for escalations that required further investigation or approval. Governance and workflow controls were aligned to ensure manager decisions complied with company policies, the Employment Standards Act, and multiple collective agreements in a multi union environment including ONA, SEIU, and OPSEU. Processes were instrumented in emPath HRIS to standardize staffing requisitions, benefits and pension enrollments, and leave processing, with HRBPs engaged for complex cases and formal approvals. | |
