The workstream impacted business functions including service operations and accounts receivable, enabling cross functional investigations into delays between service completion and billing. Data flows from SAP were centralized in QPR ProcessAnalyzer to support ongoing monitoring of corrective actions and to compare process performance and variations per country. Governance emphasized continuous measurement and corrective action monitoring, with Caverion using the QPR ProcessAnalyzer outputs to track results of remediation and to validate process changes against the established indicators. Outcomes reported included quicker invoicing and improved cash flow after discovery and removal of process bottlenecks, and the ability to continuously measure and compare process performance across geographies using QPR ProcessAnalyzer. | |
