The rollout established routine scheduling for compliance cycles, and the organisation plans six month timed release quizzes to reinforce knowledge retention. Reported outcomes include an 80 per cent compliance completion rate and the operational use of adaptive compliance suites, with Litmos LMS supporting tailored compliance and induction workflows. The L&D team is tracking toward a 90 per cent completion objective and intends to iterate on timed assessments and release schedules to sustain completion rates.
