A named consultant led the data stream and reconciliation activities to ensure accurate imports and to validate data integrity during cutover. Governance and operational transition included explicit training for the Britvic team on role based permissions, Ad Hoc Query, data loading processes, ORD, workflows and notifications, with an aim to embed BAU processes post Go Live. The implementation documented data loading and reconciliation steps and handed over operational processes to internal HR teams for ongoing management.
