Initial scope focused on Recruitment and Training Management to deliver rapid value for a geographically dispersed workforce across Grupo Casais companies in engineering, real estate, tourism, environment and energy. A second phase extended to employee data management and onboarding, centralizing personnel records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and standardizing onboarding workflows.
Governance and process change emphasized configuration over customization, with the Arago Consulting packaged solution embedding standard HR process templates and learning workflows to support HR adoption and employer branding efforts. Implementation ownership was shared between Grupo Casais HR teams and Arago Consulting, enabling faster decisions and streamlined template based rollout across talent and learning teams.
Documented benefits included access to an intuitive training platform, strengthening of the employer brand, optimization and automation of recruitment processes, improved candidate experience, development of the Casais Academy, alignment of the workforce with technical innovation and best practices, and compliance of training. Arago Consulting acted as the implementation partner, delivering project management, functional and technical support, and the configured solution on schedule, while aligning Concur modules with existing HR and finance data flows.
Governance changes included centralized control of travel and expense policy, autonomous traveler profile creation to reduce manual HR effort, and introduction of analytics for employee spend to support policy enforcement. Operational coverage spanned finance, HR and corporate traveler functions across the Grupo Casais companies, with approval and reimbursement workflows standardized to improve transparency.
Observed benefits reported by the customer include a reduction in paper support, emergence of intelligent spending controls, positioning expense management as a core element of the group’s financial digitalization strategy, increased productivity and simplified processes, higher employee satisfaction and engagement, and financial gains through a unified and more efficient spending policy.
