Employee Central was established as the authoritative employee repository, Compensation was used for structured salary review processes, Performance and Goals managed campaign workflows for professional interviews, and Recruiting supported intake and hiring orchestration. Automation was applied to key HR processes to accelerate task completion and reduce manual transactions. Integration architecture centered on the Boomi integration platform, which orchestrated inputs and outputs to third party applications including Active Directory account provisioning, badge management, expense reporting systems, time management, recruitment and training management systems, and payroll. Boomi was used to maintain a single source of truth for inbound and outbound HR events, enabling frequent employee movements and large volumes of internal mobility to be processed consistently. Operational coverage spanned HR teams, payroll, recruiting, training, managers, and the Management Committee. Arago Consulting served as the implementation partner, bringing SuccessFactors functional expertise and cloud native project delivery to configure processes and support the rollout. Governance focused on enabling manager access to actionable HR data, automating lifecycle events to eliminate double entry, and simplifying the employee and manager user experience.
