In 2021 Cdiscount implemented SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting in the Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System category as part of a global HRIS modernization triggered by a payroll redesign. The program targeted support for more than 10 percent annual growth, improved HR performance across HR and managerial functions, and consolidated registration of staff entries and exits.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting was deployed alongside SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, and SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals to centralize core HR data, manage salary review and bonus processes, orchestrate performance campaign cycles, and support recruiting and training workflows. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting serves as the front end for candidate management while Employee Central operates as the system of record for centralized employee management and Compensation handles salary review and bonus configuration.
The implementation leveraged a Boomi integration platform to create a unique repository for updating inputs and outputs, integrating SAP SuccessFactors with directory provisioning for AD accounts, badge management, expense reports, time management, recruitment and training systems, and payroll. Arago Consulting acted as the system integrator, contributing SuccessFactors domain expertise and cloud native project delivery capabilities.
Governance and process restructuring focused on enabling managers and the Management Committee to access and act on HR information, formalizing career interview management and salary review campaigns, and automating onboarding and exit workflows to better handle extensive internal mobility. The rollout emphasized usability and scalability to support high velocity hiring and frequent input output movements.
Reported benefits from the deployment included accelerated HR processes through automation, a substantial reduction in data double entry, enhanced accessibility for managers and employees, improved HR efficiency, an elevated internal company image, and increased commitment from managers.
