In 2021 Breitling implemented Salesforce Net Zero Cloud to operationalize its sustainability agenda and centralize emissions visibility. Breitling implemented Salesforce Net Zero Cloud as an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) application to capture and report sustainability data across product and planet business functions.
The implementation focused on configuring Net Zero Cloud for value chain emissions accounting, centralized data collection, and executive dashboards that surface product-level and supplier-level insights. Salesforce Net Zero Cloud was configured to ingest operational data, track sustainability metrics aligned to Breitling's five pillar strategy, and provide traceability for initiatives such as upcycled packaging and Swiss Better Gold sourcing.
Capgemini served as the implementation partner, aligning Net Zero Cloud deployments with existing supplier engagement processes and HQ operational feeds, while the sustainability team led integration priorities. Operational coverage emphasized sustainability, procurement, product, and operations teams, enabling the company to manage emissions and supplier performance across touchpoints in the value chain.
Governance for the rollout built on Breitling's 2020 appointment of Aurelia Figueroa as Head of Sustainability and a stakeholder engagement process involving nearly 100 global participants. The Net Zero Cloud deployment reinforced governance across Breitling's product, planet, people, prosperity, and progress pillars, and supported explicit outcomes cited by the company, including 100 percent upcycled packaging, 100 percent Swiss Better Gold, and 100 percent renewable electricity across HQ operations.

In 2013, Caixa Econômica Federal implemented SAP Core Banking as its enterprise Core Banking platform, consolidating 80 legacy systems into a unified banking application. The program was executed with Capgemini as the systems integrator and was positioned as an enterprise wide initiative across Caixa's banking operations in Brazil, aligning the SAP Core Banking application with retail and corporate business functions.
The implementation focused on standard Core Banking functional modules, including customer master and account management, deposit and savings processing, loans and credit lifecycle management, payments and clearing, transaction processing, and a centralized general ledger. Configuration emphasized a single data model for customer and account records, centralized product configuration, and standardized posting and settlement rules to reduce functional fragmentation across prior operational silos.
Capgemini led systems integration to connect SAP Core Banking to front end channels and operational touchpoints, including branch processing, ATM and card networks, online and mobile channels, and external payments clearing flows. Integration scope included operational interfaces for transaction messaging and reconciliation, along with consolidation of previously discrete transaction repositories into the SAP Core Banking environment.
Program governance instituted centralized release controls, standardized change management processes, and a staged rollout approach to migrate discrete business units onto the SAP Core Banking platform. Operational process redesign accompanied the technical consolidation, focusing on unified procedures for account opening, transaction validation, and exception handling to support consistent operations across Caixa.
