Operational coverage included corporate finance, commercial billing and supply chain functions, with rollout governance defined to operate across Fred IT Group entities and offices in all states. Dialog Information Technology coordinated the cutover and functional handover, while the solution foundation is documented as Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations supporting centralized transactional processing. The program is described as the technical backbone for Fred IT Group's Health365 program to transform internal business systems and processes. The project was delivered on time and under budget, and explicit customizations were implemented to consolidate customer records and billing across entities to establish a single source of customer truth.
