Deployment and installation were executed by Honeywell India, acting as EverFocus India’s system integrator partner, which installed the ECOR264-9X1GR units at branch locations across West India. The implementation scope focused on physical security at branch and ATM sites, integrating recorded video and live monitoring capabilities into branch security operations without mention of changes to other IT systems.
Governance and operational handover emphasized vendor and integrator delivered training, services and support, with ICICI Bank citing technical training and post-installation support from EverFocus India and Honeywell as selection factors. Configuration workflows used the DVRs’ express setup features to standardize installations across sites, while the mobile HTTP streaming capability was positioned to change routine monitoring practices for security teams.

Governance changes focused on consolidated visitor registration processes, badge lifecycle controls, and alerting protocols for overstays to enable operational response by security teams and facility managers. The deployment established Honeywell eFACiLiTY Visitor Management System as the primary Physical Access Control System for visitor handling at SBI’s Hyderabad IT center.
