Integrations focused on SSO connectivity to the NRL corporate identity environment to provide seamless access for HR and managers, and on data migration of employee records and historical goal data into SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals. Operational coverage centered on HR business users and people managers across the organization, enabling the Performance and Goal Management function for the league’s workforce of roughly 800 employees. Governance and rollout activities were driven by the project lead working with HR stakeholders to embed the New Way of Working into system configuration, to define review cycles and approval flows, and to coordinate user enablement and go live sequencing. The deployment delivered SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, and SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, configured for modular rollout so features could be enabled as the business required. KALTech Group served as the implementation partner and completed the initial phase in 16 weeks from first demo to go-live, implementing prepopulation of candidate data, mobile-enabled form completion, and automated onboarding workflows to eliminate physical paperwork. Operationally the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution was integrated natively with Employee Central and Recruiting to centralize master data, drive live HR reporting, and enable store managers and deskless workers to initiate approvals and onboarding tasks via the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app. The implementation emphasized role-based access for store managers and HR, rapid creation of organizational charts and manager lookups, and synchronized user records across recruiting and core HR to improve data integrity. Governance and rollout were executed as a company-wide D:LIFE change program, with communications and stakeholder engagement to embed new hiring and onboarding processes. Reported outcomes from the implementation were explicit, including job requisition time reduced to three minutes from 24 hours, zero physical forms required for onboarding down from five forms, organizational structure generation reduced to one second from two hours, and a largely paperless HR operation. DECJUBA plans a follow-on phase with KALTech Group to add SAP SuccessFactors Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, and SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development to extend the integrated HR lifecycle. | |
