Dixon Group Canada | Manufacturing | 80 | $8M | Canada | Pronto Software | Pronto XI ERP | ERP Financial | 2012 |
In 2012, Dixon Group Canada implemented Pronto XI ERP as an ERP Financial solution to unify its manufacturing and distribution operations. The deployment aimed to consolidate order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and manufacturing resource planning workflows to provide a single source of transactional and financial truth across four Canadian provinces.
Pronto XI ERP was configured to support a broad functional footprint including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger, costing, sales and purchasing, material requirements planning MRP, distribution requirements planning DRP and shop floor control, along with forms and mandatory reports. The implementation explicitly delivered real-time stock-in-hand visibility, stock available to promise capability, and order-date driven batch backorder releasing on a first-come, first-served basis to improve distribution orchestration.
The project was delivered with Pronto Solutions Alliance and PSA Inc as the implementation partner, using a staged rollout model with pre-rollout pilots, testing and staff training to preserve supply chain continuity. Operational coverage intentionally spanned distribution, manufacturing shop floor, and finance teams, aligning inventory, purchasing and costing processes to shared master data and transactional workflows.
Governance emphasized validation milestones before full transition to the new environment, and post-go-live reporting and month-end processes were centralized through the Pronto XI ERP platform. Dixon reported more visible, real-time financial management and faster report generation, distribution users experienced simplified order processing, and the company planned to expand the Pronto XI ERP footprint with customer relationship management and electronic data interchange modules.

Parksite | Distribution | 650 | $200M | United States | Pronto Software | Pronto XI ERP | ERP Financial | 2018 |
In 2018, Parksite implemented Pronto XI ERP as its ERP Financial application to consolidate disparate systems accumulated through rapid growth and acquisitions. The company had been operating three separate computer systems, one of which was outdated and another heavily customised and incompatible with standard integrations, creating duplicated functions and extended month end close cycles of up to 30 days.
Pronto Solutions Alliance developed a tailored Pronto XI ERP blueprint that delivered full integration across core business processes and a paperless warehouse system. The implementation configured nine integrated modules including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Advanced Warehousing and Electronic Data Interchange, and provisioned 170 active users to work across those modules. The deployment emphasized warehouse automation and inventory accuracy, and included configuration of the Alert Intelligence feature and custom financial reporting capabilities within Pronto XI ERP.
Operational coverage spanned Parksite distribution and finance operations across multiple US locations and nine distribution warehouses, bringing real-time business data and EDI transaction flows into a unified application stack. The solution impacted finance, warehousing, purchasing, sales and manufacturing functions, enabling end to end visibility from inventory and picking through invoicing and general ledger posting.
Governance and rollout were managed in close partnership with Pronto Solutions Alliance, delivered on time and on budget according to Parksite program leadership. Explicit post‑implementation outcomes reported by Parksite include reduced shipping costs by 28 percent, improved picking accuracy by 84 percent, more timely month end closes and a stated 32 percent increase in overall productivity.

Parksite | Distribution | 650 | $200M | United States | Pronto Software | Pronto XI Distribution | Supply Chain Management | 2018 |
In 2018 Parksite implemented Pronto XI Distribution, a Supply Chain Management application, to consolidate fragmented operational systems and centralize transactional data. Prior to the project Parksite operated three separate computer systems, one outdated and another highly customized, which produced duplication of functions and extended financial close cycles up to 30 days at period end.
Pronto Solutions Alliance developed a tailored Pronto XI Distribution blueprint that delivered nine integrated modules and a paperless warehouse workflow. The implementation includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Advanced Warehousing and Electronic Data Interchange, with approximately 170 active users configured across those modules to support order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and warehouse execution processes.
Architecturally the deployment unified financial, warehousing and EDI capabilities to provide real-time business data and Alert Intelligence notifications for proactive transaction visibility. The solution includes a Warehouse Management System and Advanced Warehousing configuration that enabled highly accurate inventory management and paperless operations, and it surfaced detailed, customizable financial reporting through the Pronto XI Distribution platform.
Pronto Solutions Alliance conducted discovery and adapted key Pronto XI configurations to reduce operational disruption during rollout, executing a go-live that was reported on time, on budget and without material issues. The implementation covered Parksite locations across the United States, consolidating workflows across multiple distribution warehouses and integrating EDI flows to streamline supplier and customer transactions.
Outcomes reported by Parksite include improved picking accuracy by 84 percent, a 28 percent reduction in shipping costs, the ability to close the books promptly each month, and an overall 32 percent increase in productivity. The work established centralized governance for inventory and financial processes, with integrated reporting and Alert Intelligence used to monitor transactions and drive ongoing process improvements.
