Altex Computers & Electronics | Retail | 150 | $15M | United States | Oracle | Oracle NetSuite Commerce | eCommerce | 2017 |
In 2017, Altex Computers & Electronics implemented Oracle NetSuite Commerce, deploying an eCommerce solution to consolidate its multilocation retail operations. RSM served as the implementation partner and provided a single point of management for items, accounting and e-commerce across stores and online channels.
The implementation integrated NetSuite Advanced Inventory Management, SuiteCommerce InStore and SuiteCommerce Advanced modules to provide inventory visibility, in-store point of sale workflows and a unified online storefront. Oracle NetSuite Commerce was configured to centralize item master data, inventory levels, pricing and accounting ledgers, aligning merchandising and financial processes.
RSM integrated the modules into a multilocation retail architecture that connected store operations, fulfillment and the e-commerce channel, enabling synchronized stock and order orchestration across sites. The deployment's operational coverage included retail stores and the corporate finance function, impacting merchandising, store operations, inventory planning and accounting workflows.
Governance and rollout were managed by RSM with configuration-led consolidation and standardization of item and accounting controls, supporting operational consistency across locations. The project aimed to streamline and enhance Altex’s business operations, reflecting tighter operational control and unified commerce management.

BAMKO, INC | Professional Services | 321 | $107M | United States | Oracle | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | 2014 |
In 2014, BAMKO, INC implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP, selecting NetSuite OneWorld to consolidate its multinational financial and operational reporting under the ERP Financial category. The decision followed an expansion to operations in six countries and a fragmented environment built on Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise instances and Excel spreadsheets, plus an internally built ERP called BLINC that required manual data exports to the QuickBooks instances to support analysis.
The implementation focused on centralizing financial close and management reporting, configuring Oracle NetSuite ERP OneWorld for global ledger consolidation, multi currency visibility, and web based data analysis. BAMKO developed a custom API to link BLINC to NetSuite so transactional and sourcing data entered in BLINC would surface in NetSuite in near real time, and the project used a dedicated sandbox testing environment to validate mappings and automations before cutover.
BAMKO started the deployment with NetSuite consulting partner McGladrey and the SI listed as RSM, and assembled an internal programming team to execute the integration and data migration. Operational coverage included finance, product sourcing, merchandise and distribution functions, with immediate visibility intended for regional teams in China and India and centralized management reporting across all sites.
Project governance emphasized a well documented project plan, staged testing, and a compressed rollout timeline that had a target cutover by January 1 but went live on October 1, half the planned duration and reported at 50 percent under budget. Post implementation, manual reconciliation processes were eliminated, month end close time shortened from 15 days to seven days with plans to reach five days, and executive access to a consolidated business view moved from a multi hour process to a single NetSuite window taking minutes.
