In 2020, AutoZubak implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to modernize Sales Automation,Sales Engagement for its Movens fleet management service. The deployment targeted sales and after-sales operations across AutoZubak Movens, which operates a network of eight branches nationwide and serves commercial fleet leasing clients for Zubak Grupa, and Span acted as the implementation partner for the Dynamics 365 Sales rollout.
The solution combined Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales with Microsoft Power Platform to automate bid creation, price calculation, contract creation and monitoring of contract services. Functional capabilities implemented include automated quoting workflows, centralized lead screening and delegation, lease rate calculation inputs for account executives, and a customer-facing rental management portal that supports request submission and contract interaction. Power BI dashboards were incorporated to present fleet data and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Integrations explicitly executed during the program included a connection to the Croatian public sector central system FINA and native collaboration through Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales served as the central CRM to consolidate customer records and provide a 360 degree view of sales activities, while Power Platform handled workflow automation and quote generation logic. The customer portal extended operational coverage beyond branches by exposing fleet and service data to clients.
Governance and process changes centralized sales management and reporting, enabling managers to monitor seller activity, delegate leads from a single system, and expand the active seller base from about ten to forty according to program stakeholders. Processing times for lease quotes were shortened from days to minutes through the automated quoting and calculation modules, and the program delivered Croatia’s first lease management customer portal for AutoZubak Movens.
