Governance emphasized a strong client project team, cross departmental communication, and a clearly defined cutover plan where data migration was a critical element of the go live. Post go live planning and prioritization of reporting requirements were treated as explicit deliverables, and Sysco Software Solutions coordinated custom developments to enhance quality management around allergens and shelf life alongside configuration of standard costing and production scheduling. As implemented, the ZetesMedea Logistics Management deployment supported stated objectives including better control of materials, a streamlined pick and despatch process through the Zetes integration, improvements to production scheduling, and enhanced reporting via the data warehouse and Power BI cubes.
