The deployment covered manufacturing production control, warehouse pick and despatch, and quality management across Avondale Foods operations, with explicit emphasis on cross departmental communication and a client project team governance model. Data migration was treated as a primary element of the Go Live cutover, and agreeing a post go live plan and clarifying reporting requirements were defined as project priorities.
Production scheduling was introduced to improve the production planning function and integration with Zetes streamlined pick and despatch processes. The project also included a change of costing methodology to Standard Costing to support increased visibility of costs and production efficiency, and stationery and document output were managed through Docentric.
