SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP BearingPoint 2007 2008
In 2007 Central Bank of Ireland implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial platform to centralize core finance operations. The deployment was structured on a multi-tier SAP architecture with distinct database and application layers, and platform ownership included ongoing SAP Basis operations managed by BearingPoint. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation covered core ERP Financial capabilities, with configuration work aligned to standard financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting and treasury operations. Subsequent lifecycle activities documented for the environment included upgrading SAP ECC 6.0 from SP26 to SP33 and performing kernel upgrades to maintain platform compliance and stability. Platform and integration work was executed through SAP Solution Manager and network routing components, BearingPoint installed and configured Solution Manager 7.2 and managed saprouter installations. Infrastructure changes included migrating SAP from Microsoft SQL Server 2008 to Microsoft SQL Server 2016, and upgrades to the SAP backbone to support transport control and digitally signed notes, reflecting a combined application plus database operational scope. Governance and run operations were formalized through Solution Manager administration, including LMDB reconciliation, Maintenance Planner driven support stacks, and EarlyWatch reporting, with day to day Basis support tasks performed by BearingPoint. Activities also included data cleansing through archiving and deletions, client copies and system refreshes, patch and kernel management, security administration and performance analysis to sustain the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial environment.

Candidate Manager Legacy Candidate Manager ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Central Bank of Ireland deployed Candidate Manager ATS as its Applicant Tracking System on its public careers site. The Candidate Manager ATS implementation is used to capture external applications through the careers page at https://www.centralbank.ie/careers and to centralize candidate intake for recruitment activity across the organization. Deployment is web integrated so applicants apply through the Central Bank of Ireland careers portal and application records are maintained within Candidate Manager ATS. The implementation leverages standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities including online job posting, candidate application capture, requisition management, configurable hiring workflows and automated candidate communications, aligning the careers site with internal recruitment processes. Operational scope centers on the bank's recruitment function and human resources teams, with governance set up to manage job posting approvals and candidate data handling, and with the careers site integration serving as the primary source of external applicant traffic into Candidate Manager ATS.
