Governance and rollout were executed under the project New HR system, which restructured workflows for coordinating and controlling headcount and formalized personnel cost planning processes in SAP ERP ECC 6.0. The implementation established SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the transactional and reporting backbone for HR controlling in the ERP Financial environment.
