Architecturally the effort stood up Dell Boomi as the central integration platform, establishing Boomi Atmosphere as the enterprise ESB for HR and non HR interfaces. The Pall team built and supported around 200 interfaces in Boomi Atmosphere, covering banking, CRM, marketing, production planning, E commerce, quality management, SharePoint, and AWS S3, and delivered a subset of over 15 Workday specific interfaces for a Pall operating company within Danaher. Governance and operationalization included establishing controls and procedures for the integration platform and building a mixed on site and offshore team of five to eight resources to operate and support interfaces. The program was executed alongside HR IT transformation activities over an 18 month period, embedding Workday HCM as the Core HR system and centralizing integration governance and interface lifecycle management.
