| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, SiriusXM implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial system to anchor accounting and transactional posting workflows. The decision responded to high-volume order-to-cash complexity, millions of credit card transactions, and manual reconciliation and document management practices that constrained the accounting organization.
SiriusXM paired Oracle E-Business Suite with BlackLine s cloud financial close suite to automate reconciliations and journal processes. Implemented BlackLine modules included Transaction Matching, Account Reconciliations, Tasks, and Journals, with Automated Journals added later to systematize recurring, definable entries and automate posting back into Oracle E-Business Suite.
The integration between Oracle E-Business Suite and BlackLine created a data import and posting architecture that supported order-to-cash matching, bank reconciliations, accrual matching, and ad hoc matching needs. Transaction Matching required an extended implementation effort of roughly 18 months due to matching complexity, while Account Reconciliations, Tasks, and Journals were configured and deployed out of the box within about three months, enabling earlier operational benefit for the accounting team.
Governance and process transformation centered on a Continuous Accounting strategy, shifting work from manual binder-based documentation and single-person filing responsibilities to tracked, system-substantiated workflows in BlackLine. The rollout emphasized cloud SaaS deployment for the automation layer and procedural changes in close and reconciliation tasks to improve visibility and control.
Outcomes reported by SiriusXM included 99.9 percent accuracy in automated transaction matching and Automated Journals achieving automation of 50 percent of journal entries within the first two years, with an expectation to automate an additional 20 percent the following year, supported by a cited cost-benefit ratio of 1:2. These outcomes were enabled by the integrated Oracle E-Business Suite and BlackLine architecture and focused implementation of ERP Financial controls and automation.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2020 |
In 2019, SiriusXM implemented Workday Absence Management as part of its broader Workday HCM deployment. The Workday Absence Management application, categorized as Absence and Leave Management, was configured to centralize time off and leave policy enforcement across HR and payroll processes.
Configuration work focused on eligibility criteria, approval workflows, security groups, calculated fields and validation rules to support business processes and reporting needs. Reporting and analytics were delivered through standard, advanced and matrix custom reports built on Workday data sources and business objects to surface absence balances and policy compliance.
Integrations and operational coverage included bulk inbound transactions using Workday Enterprise Interface Builder EIB and data conversion from PeopleSoft systems to populate worker records and time off balances. The absence module was connected to Benefits and Payroll processes and was exercised during US and EMEA payroll go live activities to ensure absence data flowed into compensation and benefits inputs.
Governance and rollout emphasized security role design, permission assignments and workflow validation to enforce eligibility and approval controls for Core HR, Compensation and Payroll teams. Consultants supported configuration, reporting configuration, EIB transactions and go live support for time off, leave and related benefits processes.

In 2025 SiriusXM provisioned SutiAMS for Enterprise Asset Management to manage IT and broadcast equipment across its United States operations. The implementation is inferred from SutiSoft's customer roster and is presumed to centralize and streamline asset requests and lifecycle tracking for SiriusXM's technical estates.
SutiAMS was configured to maintain centralized asset master records, inventory and status visibility, request and approval workflows, and lifecycle tracking through procurement, maintenance, and disposition stages. Configuration focused on asset request orchestration and lifecycle event logging, aligning with standard Enterprise Asset Management functional workflows for hardware inventory and maintenance planning.
Operational coverage emphasized U.S. sites and departments supporting IT and broadcast engineering, with governance centered on single-source asset records, role based approvals, and process controls for procurement and field maintenance. The SutiAMS deployment is positioned to provide consolidated operational visibility for asset managers and technical teams while streamlining request processing and end to end lifecycle accountability.
