| Workday | Legacy | Workday Compensation | Compensation Management | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, White Cap cloned a copy of an existing Workday tenant to accelerate deployment of Workday Compensation within its Compensation Management program. The tenant clone approach simplified the technical footprint and allowed White Cap to configure the deployment to their needs while the parent company continued its separate deployment path, enabling parallel workstreams and faster time to operational readiness.
The implementation implemented Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation alongside core Workday HCM capabilities, US and Canadian Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and Time Tracking, reflecting a broad Compensation Management and workforce management scope. Post-clone configuration focused on standardization and simplification of compensation planning workflows, advanced compensation modeling, payroll provisioning, and recruiting to align HR and payroll processes under a unified Workday configuration.
Operationally the deployment converted the CSG population into the White Cap Workday tenant concurrent with activation of multiple Workday SKUs, creating a single system of truth for the companys global workforce. The rollout covered HR, payroll, talent acquisition, and related people operations, and the configuration approach preserved the ability for the parent organization to continue separate development while White Cap consolidated its populations and capabilities in a single tenant.
White Cap partnered with Alight to complete the deployment and to provide ongoing Workday Optimization, Workday Release Management, and Managed Payroll services, with knowledge transfer delivered during deployment and in quarterly governance forums. The program emphasized governance and operational handover so HR and IT could move toward self sustaining operations, and timely delivery supported completion of TSA obligations on schedule, avoiding over $100k in extension costs.

| Broadcom | Legacy | AppWorx Workload Automation | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, White Cap implemented AppWorx Workload Automation. AppWorx Workload Automation is a Business Process Management application deployed to centralize enterprise job scheduling and workload orchestration across White Cap IT operations.
The implementation concentrated on workload scheduling, dependency-based job orchestration, event-driven triggers and batch automation, with configuration for calendar-based runs and standardized runbooks. AppWorx Workload Automation was configured to coordinate automated cutover sequences, hypercare job windows and stabilization runbooks tied to operational change windows.
Integrations and operational coupling were established with JAMS for scheduling coordination and with GoAnywhere for secure file transfer orchestration, and the deployment interfaced with Oracle-related systems via OIC to support Real Time Inventory processes and an Oracle Gen 1 to Gen 2 infrastructure cutover. The program also supported activities around JAMS cutover from UC4 and the HDSupply to White Cap OIC infrastructure cutover projects, reflecting multi-system orchestration needs.
Governance and process changes included standardized documentation and intake enforcement using JIRA and Confluence, creation and management of tickets for orchestration teams, and runbook ownership driven by the Business Systems Analyst function. Rollout practices incorporated cross-team standups for WFA and OIC teams, defined intake patterns from stakeholders, and defined hypercare and stabilization phases to manage operational handover and ongoing orchestration support.
