Major configuration elements were migrated from Development to Production using the VSM v9 Configuration Portability tool, including Integration Mapping, Officer Templates, Services, Configuration Items, and SLAs. The approach prioritized configuration portability and staged testing to reduce initial software, administrative training, and implementation costs by reusing the VSM platform.
Since go live the number of calls logged to HR increased substantially, with estimated first year volumes of 2487 calls to Payroll and 24840 calls to HR, and the parties have planned future joint initiatives. The implementation centralized case management for HR and Payroll and operationalized standardized workflows across impacted HR functions.
