In 2019, Williams configured Epilogue Opus as the Digital Adoption layer for its Oracle Cloud ERP deployment in North America, supporting finance, projects, accounting and supply chain. The initiative began in 2019 and proceeded to a July 2021 go-live that transitioned the ERP program into production.
