In 2016 Hindustan Zinc deployed eSSL Biometrics and Access Control as a Physical Access Control System at its Dariba site, with installation activity documented from September 2015 through February 2017. The engagement covered on-site installation and commissioning of cameras, controllers, panels, sensors, biometric terminals and physical barriers, and extended operational support into the HZL Pantnagar control and command center.
The eSSL Biometrics and Access Control implementation included core access control modules such as biometric authentication and enrollment, cardholder provisioning, access level management, alarm monitoring, and fingerprint time and attendance. The scope also incorporated CCTV video recording and DVR integration, intrusion alarm systems, door barriers, and screening devices including DFMD and HHMD, supporting end to end access workflows and event-driven alarm handling as typical for a Physical Access Control System.
