GasTerra B.V. Banking and Financial Services 250 $21.4B Netherlands FIS Global FIS Global SunGard XDM ETRM 2009 n/a
In 2009 GasTerra B.V. initiated implementation of FIS Global SunGard XDM within its ETRM estate as part of a broader IT Landscape 2012 program. The program also included deployment of Oracle Customer Choice Suite OCCS to improve the trading and commercial application mix and to better respond to dynamic market conditions. During the prototype phase Onno implemented platform prototypes on the new XDM environment and conducted prototype sessions with the client to validate functional workflows and configuration approaches. Concurrent development, review and testing work covered OCCS related code and TerraNova 2.2 OCCS release components. Onno produced the blueprint for the interfaces required in the new release, defining the data exchange touchpoints between XDM and Oracle Customer Choice Suite OCCS and the trading feeds identified during design. Implementation scope included delivery of the first XDM release with an 8 FTE technical delivery team and a separate 3 FTE team for the TerraNova 2.2 OCCS release. Ongoing operations were staffed with a 4 FTE application maintenance team responsible for status reporting, task assignment, issue resolution and prioritization. Governance was organized through taskforces and release teams, Onno chaired a taskforce to resolve a specific functional challenge and acted as technical team lead for the initial XDM release. His responsibilities included status reporting, assigning tasks, resolving and prioritizing issues, and overseeing code delivery and testing cycles. As of September 2012 the engagement progressed into a second release phase that expanded XDM and OCCS rollout activities.
