Integration scope covered enterprise supply chain teams, eight manufacturing plants and more than 20 OPCs. Operational governance incorporated documented technical designs, unit and integration testing, post production support and adherence to KPIs and SLAs for application support, reflecting the Programmer Analyst role in design validation and ongoing support. Reported benefits included reduced lead time for material evaluation, improved visibility and user convenience through streamlined approvals, and flexibility for plant operations while keeping product formulation and quality workflows centrally governed. Company Infor PLM Optiva Product Lifecycle Management Supply Chain R&D Manufacturing captures the relationship between Asian Paints, the application, the Product Lifecycle Management category and impacted business functions.
